Vegas-born Greek chain Meráki Greek Grill has been expanding consistently in the last few years, opening a second location on Charleston Blvd and a third on Blue Diamond Rd. The chain now appears to be gearing up for construction work on a fourth. A work permit was issued by Clark County in July for work on a Meraki location in suite 120 at 6420 Centennial Center Blvd.

Meráki’s menu features a variety of Mediterranean favorites. These include spreads like tzatziki and hummus served with pita bread and sandwiches like gyros, falafel pitas, and the Meráki Steak Burger. Entrees include Lamb Chops, Steak Kalamakia, and Scottish Salmon. A “Classics” menu also offers Spanakopita, Yia Yia’s Dolmadakia (stuffed grape leaves), and Avgolemono, a chicken soup with rice and lemon.

“We use the freshest vegetables you can imagine and we believe we are the gold standard for fast-casual Greek food,” owner Joseph Djavairian told What Now Las Vegas last year.

The location on Centennial Center Blvd is part of a group of restaurants near the Oran K. Gragson Fwy. These include California Fish Grill and Flowing Tide Pub.

No word is out on an opening timeline for the new location.
