Local Mediterranean favorite Meráki Greek Grill announced yesterday that it has opened its fourth location, at 6420 Centennial Center Blvd. According to yesterday’s press release, two more locations are also on the way, reaching a total of six across the Las Vegas Valley.

Meráki’s fifth location will open in late November at American Pacific Drive and North Stephanie Street in Henderson. Its sixth is expected to open by mid-2023, at Spencer Street and St. Rose Parkway, also in Henderson.

“We are grateful for the community’s support since we opened our first restaurant, and as we expand, our mission remains ensuring every Meráki Greek Grill feels like a true neighborhood restaurant where guests can have a great meal but also feel like they’re walking into a family environment,” founder Girair “Jerry” Goumroian said in the press release. “We can’t wait to continue to bring Las Vegas our interpretation of Greek and Mediterranean dining experiences.”

Meráki Greek Grill offers traditional Greek fare that includes classic spreads and appetizers, gyros and saganaki, along with dishes like the Meráki steak burger and signature bowls, which reflect Goumroian’s U.S. upbringing. “The stars of the Meráki menu,” says the release, “are the expertly grilled meats like the classic lamb chops and kalamakia (skewered meats), freshly grilled with lemon, olive oil and oregano.”
