Popular food truck Mongo’s Pizza is planning to launch its first brick-and-mortar restaurant at 4130 S Sandhill Rd, Suite 15—in the same shopping center where it has operated as a mobile vendor.

“We are thrilled to announce that Mongo’s Pizza will be opening a brand-new place at Suite 15 in the same shopping center… We’re working hard behind the scenes to bring you a more comfortable and permanent dining experience,” says the Mongo’s Pizza website.

What Now confirmed news of the opening with co-owner Vincent Valenzuela on Wednesday.

“We don’t have an opening date just yet,” said Valenzuela.

Will the menu be the same as the food truck menu?

“No, there are going to be some changes.”

Mongo’s Cuban-style pizzas have come in varieties like Cheese, Chorizo, Pepperoni, and Campesina. It’s been served a long with pasta dishes, plus Shakes and Sueros. We’ll see what the updated menu looks like!
