MUU BBQ BENTO is known for its genuine Japanese cuisine, sold out of the Valley’s Main Street ghost kitchen. The waygu and bento eatery is now expected to open a location in the Summerlin submarket, also referred to as the Summergate Centre, at 7668 W Lake Mead Blvd, 107, according to a city permit.
Known for A5 Wagyu, Washugyu sirloin, grilled pork belly, chicken karaage, and homemade kimchi, MUU BBQ BENTO currently primarily operates as a high-quality takeout and delivery spot.
“Operating from a dedicated ghost kitchen, we focus solely on takeout, ensuring every bento is crafted fresh to order,” the MUU BBQ BENTO website reads.
“No distractions—just premium ingredients, perfected techniques, and flavors that go beyond the ordinary. So whether you’re a seasoned Yakiniku enthusiast or discovering Bento for the first time, consider this your invitation to experience real Japanese BBQ Bento—no compromises, just exceptional taste.”
