Nacho Daddy is a locally-owned restaurant group that continues to wow with its gourmet nachos and award-winning margaritas. Well, here’s another shocker from the Valley brand: Nacho Daddy will be opening a new location at AREA15 this year. According to a press release, Nacho Daddy will join a host of other local eateries at 3215 S Rancho Dr in the second quarter.
The nacho-focused restaurant will live near a roster of dynamic destinations, including Meow Wolf’s Omega Mart, Illuminarium, and Dueling Axes.
The press release also details that Nacho Daddy will open in the second quarter alongside Cosmic Pretzel, Chilangos Tacos, and Fuku, just to name a few.
“The world’s leading immersive entertainment destination, parallel to the Vegas Strip, is expanding and better than ever. That means 35 acres of world-class Food + Beverage, Retail, Attractions, Events, Experiences, and Art, unlike anywhere on earth,” the AREA15 website reads.
The fan-favorite restaurant will serve its signature gourmet nachos, according to the press release.
Nacho Daddy was founded by Paul Hymas, who serves as President, along with partners Fred Mossler, Keith Glynn, and the late Tony Hsieh in 2010. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Hymas to find out more details about the upcoming opening, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.
With a mission to elevate nachos from appetizers to gourmet entrees, focusing on creative, loaded options like filet mignon nachos and signature Scorpion Shots, Nacho Daddy has quickly grown across Sin City and into other markets like Salt Lake City and Nashville without even having to franchise.
AREA15 is keeping its food options hyper-local with the locally adored addition.

Nacho Daddy is expected to open in AREA15 at 3215 S Rancho Dr before the end of Spring 2026.
