Southwest Las Vegas will soon welcome a new Cafe Rio Mexican Grill into its community with a location opening on Arville Street.
What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach Chief Concept Officer Todd Smith for comment.
Based in Salt Lake City, the fast casual restaurant chain serves an array of familiar Mexican classics like tacos, burritos, nachos, and tostadas with an arrangement of signature sauces and protein choices including sweet pork barbacoa, carne asada, and fire grilled steak, along with vegetarian options.
The chain currently has locations throughout the southwest and in East-Coast states like Maryland and Virginia.
At 5275 Arville St, Cafe Rio will be located near the intersection with W Hacienda Ave, with Smiles Asian Taste, Louie’s Noodle Shop, and Munch a Sub operating nearby.
