Situated not far from Sunset Park, the intersection of East Warm Springs Road and Paradise Bay Drive appears to be the home of a planned Chipotle Mexican Grill location. Permitting paperwork submitted recently to Clark County shows a Chipotle opening at 2080 E Warm Springs Road.
Paperwork submitted for that address includes the construction of a 2,300-square-foot one-story shared shell building, with a contract valuation listed at $1,171,132. Additional paperwork was submitted for a grease interceptor for the Chipotle location in question.
Chipotle’s build-your-own approach to burritos, bowls, tacos, and more includes proteins like Carne Asada, Steak, Chicken, Barbacoa, and Carnitas, along with plant-based choices like Sofritas and the guac-inclusive Veggie. These are are topped off with rice, beans, and toppers like Roasted Chili-Corn Salsa, Tomatillo-Green Chili Salsa, Fajita Veggies, and Queso Blanco.
Opening at 2080 E Warm Springs Road, a new Chipotle would join the nearby Sonic Drive-In in offering fast-casual eats to guests just west of Sunset Park. A little closer to the park are several other choices, including Einstein Bros. Bagels, Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Wendy’s, and Scooter’s Coffee.
