On Maryland Pkwy, just south of Ford Ave, another Dunkin’ appears to be in the works. Permit paperwork was recently submitted to Clark County, showing plans for a new Dunkin’ at 8716 S Maryland Pkwy, with an estimated budget of $300,000 for construction. Several Dunkin’ locations are currently in progress in the Las Vegas Valley, but by our count, this one makes twenty-two.
Dunkin’ (formerly Dunkin’ Donuts) is known the world over for its coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and, of course, its donuts—plus its low price point. The chain’s menu features an ever-expanding variety of coffees other beverages, including the frozen Coolatta.
Dunkin’s selection of classic breakfast sandwiches includes egg and cheese with proteins like bacon, sausage, and turkey sausage, on a guest-chosen bread-vehicle: English muffin, bagel, or croissant. Along with these comes, of course, the selection of donuts and branded donut-hole Munchkins.
The location on Maryland is situated not far from Scottsdale Plaza, a shopping mall that is home to a number of local businesses, including Delhi Indian Cuisine and Sin City Sushi.
What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Dunkin’ for immediate comment on Thursday. No word is out on when this new location is expected to reach completion.
