The food court at Fashion Show Las Vegas will soon welcome a new restaurant concept offering something a little on the healthier side: Zoi’s Mediterranean Cuisine. It’s opening soon in Unit 3090 at the mall’s address (3200 Las Vegas Blvd S), according to licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County.
“It’s going to be Greek Mediterranean cuisine,” owner Vasil Nazeraj told What Now on Thursday. “It’s a healthy option; that’s the idea.”
Named after Nazeraj’s mother and daughter, Zoi’s Mediterranean is another step following along a familial path: the family also has three restaurants in Athens, plus another in Arizona.
“Zoi’s is a new Mediterranean fast casual restaurant located at fashion mall food court offering healthy, and flavorful options. It’s focus is on offering delicious food that help more people eat well on the go,” says a statement provided to What Now. “Its owner Vasil believes that food is the center of culture and connection. Growing up in Crete he learned to cook alongside his mother at a young age where food was both taste and nutritious. At Zoi’s good food means healthy food. Offering a wide range of Mediterranean flavor combinations that can be fully adjusted to your likings. The name Zoi’s means life… At Zoi’s you will be treated like family, and be offered only the highest quality and freshest ingredients.”
Opening at Fashion Show, Zoi’s Mediterranean will join a restaurant community that includes concepts like Benihana, BLVD Bar B Q & Wings, California Pizza Kitchen, Earl of Sandwich, and more.
