Located on West Flamingo Road between South Torrey Pines Drive and El Camino Road, Phoenix Plaza is adding an Indonesian restaurant to its food and drink portfolio. Called Bali Cafe Indo, it will open in Suite 22 at the retail center’s address, 6370 W Flamingo Road.

After coming across licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas for Bali Cafe Indo at that address, What Now reached out to owner Michelle Koehler. Koehler confirmed news of the opening but said it’s still too early to share details on the restaurant’s menu.

“The opening is not for about another two months,” Koehler said.

We’ll be waiting for an update, then, with more information about this upcoming new restaurant. Opening in Phoenix Plaza, it’ll be joining a restaurant community that already includes Axum Palace Resto Bar, Archi’s Thai Kitchen, Purple Potato Bakery, and Star Lounge Restaurant & Bar.

Stay tuned for more details about Bali Cafe Indo, opening early this fall!
