The retail center on the southwest corner of the intersection between South Jones Boulevard and West Sahara Avenue appears to be the future home of a new pizza restaurant. Licensing paperwork submitted recently to Clark County shows Fugazetta LLC opening a restaurant in Suite 2 at 6135 W Sahara Ave.
“We are an up-and-coming new restaurant concept in Las Vegas, NV,” reads a recent posting by the restaurant on Craigslist. “We are creative, innovative, inclusive and our goal is to provide our guests with authentic flavors, fresh ingredients and unique flavor combinations. This is an original chef-driven concept unlike any other in Southern Las Vegas.”
What Now reached out to co-owner Fernando Sposato on Tuesday to inquire further about the concept, particularly the details surrounding Fugazetta’s pizza offerings. Sposato was not immediately available for comment, and What Now is awaiting more details.
The retail center at the Jones-Sahara intersection is already home to a number of food and drink spots. These include Nevada Chicken Cafe, Wienerschnitzel, and the Urban Lounge Las Vegas.
