Sister concepts Checkers and Rally’s are known all over the country for a streamlined takeout burger-joint experience. Rally’s, one of the two concepts—which offer the very same menu—currently has three locations operating in Las Vegas, and now a fourth appears to be on the way.
Licensing paperwork was submitted to Clark County for a Rally’s location by LVP Food Service Concept LLC. That LVP stands for LV Petroleum, a multi-unit franchisee that is currently building out a range of fast-food concepts in the valley, including Sbarro and the long-anticipated Bojangles. The Rally’s in question would open at 3980 W Lake Mead Boulevard, according to the paperwork, putting right next to the Walmart Supercenter near the intersection with North Rancho Drive.
“Checkers® and Rally’s® were built on the belief that fast food could be done better,” says the two brands’ shared website. “Turns out, that’s true! With a focus on great flavor-packed food, great value and great fast service, we’re so much more than a burger restaurant.”
Current limited-time offerings from the Rally’s menu include the BBQ Brisket Melt, the Brisket Bosswich (Bold BBQ flavor IS BACK! Checkers’ & Rally’s Brisket Bosswich® is back by popular demand! Featuring a 100% beef hamburger patty piled high with smoky beef brisket, American cheese, Sweet & Smoky BBQ sauce, dill pickles and red onions all served on two slices of toasted, thick-cut Texas Toast), and Philly Cheesesteak Bites.
