This spring, a new restaurant will be opening on Maryland Parkway, south of the East Flamingo Road intersection. The restaurant, called Happy Hour Express, will open at 4220 S Maryland Parkway, just south of Pioneer Plaza, according to licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas by Happy Hour Express LLC.

What Now confirmed news of the opening with co-owner Carlos Mejia on Monday morning. Mejia said an opening was expected in March.

Are you able to share anything yet about the menu? asked What Now.

“We will have a some Peruvian fusion cuisine,” said Mejia. Beyond this, though, no information is being shared just yet.

The South Maryland Parkway location is situated just south of Pioneer Plaza, the retail center at Flamingo and Maryland that houses restaurants like Popeyes Lousiana Kitchen, The Dive Bar, and Rincon Catracho.

What Now is awaiting more details from representatives of the restaurant as the opening gets closer, so stay tuned.
