Home to a variety of restaurants, including Chopan Kabob, Pho Saigonese, Don Tortaco Mexican Grill, and Dutch Bros. Coffee, the retail center on the northwest corner of East Serene Avenue and South Spencer Street appears to be adding a new sandwich concept.

Licensing paperwork was submitted to Clark County by Smokin’ Sammich LLC for a restaurant called Smokin’ Sammich, opening in Suite 100 at 1740 E Serene Avenue, joining Chopan Kabob and Pho Saigonese, along with D’s Smoke Shop and other local businesses.

What Now reached out to co-owner Tim Wilbur to ask about plans for Smokin’ Sammich’s opening. Wilbur was not immediately available for comment.

This leaves much yet to-be-revealed about the concept’s menu and overall brand profile. The name is evocative: sandwiches are certainly a safe bet. And what about that other word, “Smokin’?” Can we expect some barbecue?

Stay tuned for more details as they become available.
