In southern Las Vegas, just west of the intersection between the Las Vegas Freeway and West Cactus Avenue, signs point to another Starbucks location being added to Las Vegas’s collection, which already includes dozens! A building permit was recently submitted for a Starbucks at 3373 Cactus Ave., in a small retail center on the southwest corner of the intersection with Dean Martin Drive.

The plans describe a ground-up build of a freestanding 2,425 square-foot Starbucks shell, with a contract valuation of $300,000 for the construction.

The Seattle-born mega-chain is recognizable all over the world. It offers a selection of familiar espresso drinks—those lattes, cappuccinos, and flat whites—plus drip coffee and cold brew. It offers teas and fruit teas, mochas and Frappuccinos, breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches both hot and cold, plus a selection of pastries and other cafe-appropriate desserts and light eats.

And it appears these are soon to be on offer near the intersection of West Cactus Avenue and Dean Martin Drive, next to the Circle K, among other fast-food chains like KFC and Domino’s Pizza.

No opening has been announced yet for a Starbucks at 3373 Cactus Ave.
