Located on South Jones Boulevard, just south of West Warm Springs Road, Concorde Plaza is preparing to welcome a new Thai restaurant into its restaurant community. Called Sen Khao Soi, the new restaurant will open at 7377 S Jones Boulevard, according to licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County.
“We have a Grand Opening in March,” Tham, who owns the upcoming restaurant, told What Now last week. “The menu is going to be [that of] a Thai restaurant, and we’re going to focus on Khao Soi.”
Khao Soi is a dish served in Laos and Thailand; it’s an egg noodle soup served in a broth of coconut milk curry.
Once it launches, Sen Khao will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Opening in the South Jones Boulevard location, Sen Khao Soi joins Soho Japanese Restaurant and Hippo Grill Korean BBQ.
