Nobibi recently announced its plans to open an ice cream and specialty drinks shop in the Valley. In a conversation with What Now Nobibi investor said that after opening its Temecula Nobibi location, the brand is planning to bring its Asian dessert and beverage brand to Sin City.

“We are Nobibi, and we love ice cream, and we love serving it to people who love it too,” the Nobib wensite reads.

“Our mission is to make sure that everyone can enjoy handcrafted frozen treats made from Fresh fruit and the finest ice cream in a boutique setting – and that’s what we do best at Nobibi.”

Nobibi was founded by Shirley Shinn in California during the pandemic. Shinn and her family expanded across the state over the last couple of years. In 2023, a partnership with OneV Capital Partners led to rapid growth, with nearly 20 stores opening in 12 months.

Nobibi focuses on artisanal, visually appealing treats. The Nobibi menu focuses on ice cream, specialty drinks, and fruit-based beverages.

No word just yet on when exactly the brand will open its first Las Vegas location, but we’re sure you’ll hear more about this brand in the coming months. So, keep your ears open and your eyes peeled for the latest on Nobibi’s Vegas expansion.

Villamil tells What Now that the Temecula location, which is planned for a Summer 2026 opening, will be the regional flagship as expansion continues. If all goes well with the Nobibi Downtown Temecula location, you can expect Nobibi to be operating in Vegas sooner rather than later.
