Las Vegas’s vibrant Arts District may soon be welcoming another venue into its entertainment community.
Nulite Entertainment LLC recently submitted paperwork to the Las Vegas Planning Commission for a tavern license, showing plans for a theater that would hold “live events including, but not limited to, comedy and musical performances” in a 5,000-sq.-ft., 185-seating space in Unit A at 1510 S Main St.
Little else is yet known about the planned theater, other than that it would operate from 12 p.m. to 2 a.m., depending on the acts performing in each instance. What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach Jean Claude Lamarre at Nulite Entertainment LLC for comment on Friday morning.
The building at 1510 S Main Street also houses Able Baker Brewing a popular destination for local brews and eats. The arrangement of spaces within the building is somewhat difficult to parse for the moment, with the Nulite theater planning to occupy “Unit A” and Able Baker occupying “Suite 120.” Other entertainment, food, and drink destinations situated nearby include Wiseguys Comedy Las Vegas, Horse Trailer Hideout, and Taco Rico.
No information on a timeline for the Nulite Entertainment theater project is currently available.
