Egghead by TAO Group is bringing delicious egg-focused breakfast sandwiches from New York City to Las Vegas, opening at Proper Eats, the new elevated food hall from Clique Hospitality coming to ARIA Resort & Casino.
The brand’s breakfast-all-day menu will feature what the TAO Group website calls a “nerdy, almost fanatical approach to the ideal egg sandwich.” The signature dish will be made on fresh-baked potato brioche, plus eggs, plus cheese.
TAO Group has a considerable footprint in Las Vegas. It’s the engine behind high-end Asian restaurants like TAO Asian Bistro and Hakkasan, plus Chef Chris Santos projects like Stanton Social at Caesars Palace and Beauty & Essex at the Cosmopolitan.
Accompanying Egghead at Proper Eats will be twelve other curated concepts, including the first Seoul Bird outside London, the only Wexler’s Deli outside Los Angeles, and Clique Hospitality’s own Temaki, a much-anticipated modern sushi spot.
