What Now reported last summer on the arrival of Blue Ribbon Sushi at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa and Casino this year. Powered by Blue Ribbon Restaurants, the hospitality company founded by Bruce and Eric Bromberg in 1992, Blue Ribbon Sushi already has a location at Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa and will launch at Green Valley Ranch soon.

But that’s not the only Blue Ribbon Restaurants brand headed to the resort this year. The resort recently announced the addition of a brand new concept, Ortikia Mediterranean Grill, which will open along with Blue Ribbon Sushi Bar & Grill.

“The fun of a backyard BBQ; the excitement of discovering a beachside fish shack; the exhilarating energy of an upscale dinner party—Ortikia, the new Mediterranean wood-fire grill eatery from Blue Ribbon Restaurants, captures the essence of all these experiences in one beautiful space,” says a recent press release. “The menu features whole-grilled and salt-baked fish, rotisserie meats, and flame-kissed vegetables, accompanied with an array of Greek-inspired appetizers and a world-class oyster and crudo bar.”

Both restaurants will open this spring at Green Valley Ranch, where they will join a collection of restaurants that includes Hank’s Fine Steaks and Martinis, Bottiglia, Lucky Penny, Pizza Rock, and more.
