What Now reported at the end of 2023 on plans for Miracle Mile to join the food hall trend that was then sweeping across Las Vegas. And that project is still coming, featuring restaurants like Tacotarian, Irv’s Burgers, Carnegie’s Pizza, and more. Now, there’s even more news to share:

“Big news, BBQ lovers!” the Miracle Mile Shops announced in an Instagram post this week. “SoulBelly BBQ is bringing its famous smokehouse flavors to the Miracle Mile Shops! Get ready to enjoy all your favorites at the Miracle Eats Food Court, opening Spring 2026.”

SoulBelly BBQ is a brand What Now has followed since the beginning, with coverage of the opening published in May 2021. Founded mid-pandemic by Chef Bruce Kalman and Richard Camarota, the brand quickly made a name for itself. Four years later, it’s serving up proteins like Texas Beef Brisket, Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly, Carolina Pulled Pork, and more.

That’s alongside a selection of tempting sandwiches that includes the Belly of Soul (Smoked Brisket, Fried Egg, Cheese Sauce, Pickled Onions, Spicy BBQ Sace & Crispy BBQ Onions) and the SoulBelly Smoked Burger.

“I came to Las Vegas because a chef friend of mine convinced me it was a great place to start a business,” Chef Bruce Kalman said in a press release when the restaurant was first preparing to open. “I’ve been so warmly welcomed by the incredible culinary and business community. I want Soulbelly to be something special that celebrates the amazing soul of Las Vegas and its people. We’ve held a series of pop-ups to build momentum, but it’s finally time to show the city of Las Vegas what we’ve been smoking!”

The next chapter of this local favorite’s story will soon begin!
