Owned by the Sesame Collective, Shalom Y’all is a Mediterranean restaurant that serves Portland, Oregon’s east side. According to coverage published last Thursday by the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the brand is planning to open its first Las Vegas location in Aria Resort & Casino’s upcoming food hall Proper Eats.

Shalom Y’all’s menu opens with Salatim, like Warm Castelvetrano Olives and Fig & Arugula Salad; then come Mezze & Humm choices like Roasted Beet Tahina and Humus & Spicy Lamb Merguez. From the Grill come dishes like Grilled King Trumpet Mushrooms, with pickled nardello peppers and cilantro, and Aleppo Rubbed Steak, with fried Greek potatoes, garlic confit, and roasted Fresno chimichurri. Other entrees include the Shalom Y’all Plate, with falafel, hummus, labneh, tahina, sungolds, and pita, and the Chicken Shawarma.

For dessert, a Sweets menu includes Apple Cake Doughnuts, Turkish Coffee Affogato, Sticky Toffee Pudding, and more.

It is not yet known how much of the Portland menu will be brought to the Proper Eats location.

Opening this winter and run by Clique Hospitality, Proper Eats will also be home to the first Seoul Bird outside London, the only Wexler’s Deli outside Los Angeles, Egghead by Tao Group, and Clique Hospitality’s own Temaki, which will serve “fresh, innovative handrolls and other modern sushi dishes.”
