Locals will soon get to indulge in an elegant dining experience with the arrival of Osaka Sunset in Spring Valley. According to its official website, Osaka Sunset is a Japanese fusion tapas and wine bar with French and Latin influences.
It seems the newcomer is keeping its menu a secret until its debut; however, patrons can expect a savory selection of small dishes complemented by an eclectic menu of wines, sake, and sangrias. The menu will also offer sushi, sashimi, tempura, and bento.
Osaka Sunset will settle into suite 108 in the V City Plaza at 5420 Spring Mountain Road, replacing what had formerly been Mordeo Boutique Wine Bar.
According its official Instagram, Osaka Sunset is “opening soon,” although an official debut date has not yet been announced.
