Pappalecco, the Italian-inspired café founded in San Diego and celebrated for its thoughtfully crafted coffee, fresh gelato, pastries, paninis, and warm hospitality, will open its Las Vegas location on Thursday, April 9, 2026. A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place from 11:00am to 11:30am, with local leaders invited to welcome the café to the neighborhood. To celebrate the grand opening, guests can enjoy 50% off all drinks and menu items, excluding alcoholic beverages.
With its Las Vegas debut, Pappalecco introduces a café experience inspired by everyday life in Italy, where quality ingredients, careful preparation, and genuine hospitality come together. The space is designed to feel refined yet approachable, offering a place for guests to gather, relax, and enjoy simple pleasures throughout the day.
Founded by brothers Francesco and Lorenzo Bucci, Pappalecco Las Vegas reflects the brand’s deep connection to Italian culture and its focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Gelato is made fresh onsite and prepared in full view of guests, while the café menu highlights espresso-based drinks and classic Italian treats. Adding a playful, personalized element, select hot beverages can be customized with printed images, allowing guests to feature photos of their pets, loved ones, favorite memories, or custom designs directly on their drinks. Favorites include the Marocchino with espresso, Nutella, and milk foam; the Caffè Freddo blended with gelato; the traditional Affogato; and croissants filled with house-made gelato.
“Pappalecco has always been about creating moments that feel personal and authentic,” said Francesco Bucci, owner of Pappalecco in a statement. “Las Vegas is a city that values experience, and we are excited to bring an Italian café culture that focuses on quality, connection, and welcoming every guest as if they are part of our family.”
The Las Vegas location showcases a refined, contemporary design inspired by Italian culture and retro influences from the seventies. Soft, sculptural shapes, sophisticated materials, and a nature-inspired color palette create a space that feels lively yet elegant. Warm wood finishes, greenery, Italian lighting, and imported tile come together to reflect a modern “Made in Italy” feel, offering guests an atmosphere that is welcoming, distinctive, and thoughtfully designed. Pappalecco is envisioned as a neighborhood café serving nearby residents, students, and visitors.
While this opening marks Pappalecco’s arrival in Las Vegas, the café remains rooted in the heritage established at its flagship location in Little Italy, San Diego. Drawing inspiration from the original Pappalecco’s 20-year history in Italy, the brand continues to honor tradition while evolving thoughtfully in new communities.
The community is invited to attend the grand opening on Thursday, April 9 and experience Pappalecco’s approach to Italian café culture firsthand.
Pappalecco Las Vegas will be located at 4700 South Maryland Parkway, Suite 115, Las Vegas, NV. Pappalecco be open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 9:30pm, and Saturday through Sunday from 7:30am to 10:00pm.
