A new restaurant plans to pair the “Spirit of South Street” and the best cheesesteaks west of the Mississippi with homemade ice cream as Paulie’s South Street Steaks and Sweet Scoops will be coming soon to Las Vegas.
Opening in the Northwest Area, Paulie’s is an original concept and a family-owned establishment that was conceived and born in Las Vegas.
Chef Marcus Morin will infuse great flavors and fresh ingredients for the best cheesesteaks and ice cream.
Paulie’s Sweet Scoops will have crazy milkshakes and sundaes, hand-scooped housemade ice cream, ten flavors to choose from with over 50 toppings. Vegan ice cream flavors and milkshakes will also be available.
“Sorry guys, there was some unexpected surprises that has held up the opening of Paulie’s but trust we’re working hard everyday to get the doors opened,” Paulie Steaks posted to Instagram in November.
The menu will feature an assortment of cheesesteaks to choose from, sandwiches, and fun fries like the Philly Cheesesteak Fries.
