Women-owned, San Francisco-born bubble tea brand Pink Pink Tea Shoppe appears to be gearing up to open its first Las Vegas location at Fashion Show Las Vegas. Permit paperwork recently submitted to Clark County by the shopping mall describes a “Pink Pink Tea” project, estimating a $120,000 construction budget to set up the location at 3200 S Las Vegas Blvd.

Pink Pink’s streamlined, all-organic menu includes tea drinks like Strawberry & Raspberry Jasmine Green Tea and Pomegranate & Chia Seed Jasmine Tea. Boba tea drinks include Lapsang Souchong Boba Milk Tea and Peach Oolong Agar Boba Milk Tea. Those looking for something a little more indulgent might try the Oreo Milk Smoothie.

At Fashion Show Las Vegas, Pink Pink Tea Shoppe would be joining a vibrant community of food and drink locations, including Brazilian steakhouse Galpao Gaucho, hibachi-style Japanese steakhouse Benihana, California Pizza Kitchen, and more.

No opening date has been announced for a possible Fashion Show Las Vegas Pink Pink Tea Shoppe. Stay tuned for updates as this story develops.
