Pizza Luna is set to come to the Valley this year! A city permit for the new pizza food truck shows that it will operate out of the commissary at 2987 N Las Vegas Blvd, but the owner shared that he intends to station the food truck in Los Toxicas Gentlemen’s Club.
Pizza Luna owner, Michael Laccetti, spoke with What Now Las Vegas about the upcoming opening and shared that he expects to start running Pizza Luna this Spring.
“Perfect timing, they had a food truck that wasn’t showing up or very reliable, so they were looking for someone at the right time, and it just worked out,” Laccetti said.
Laccetti has been in the food industry for more than 20 years. His grandfather was also a chef who owned a restaurant in New York.
“He was busy, and it just didn’t work out,” Laccetti said.
“So, the brick-and-mortar thing, especially in New York and California, it’s a little scary. So, I wanted to start off small.”
Originally from New York, Laccetti moved to Vegas to open the new concept.
“Stuff that you really can’t find anywhere else,” Laccetti said.
Pizza Luna will serve up and dish out personalized pizzas. Laccetti shared that the plan is to offer unique pizzas like Pizza Luna’s Vodka Sauce Pie, the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Pie, and the Lasagna Pie.
While Pizza Lunch doesn’t yet have a huge online presence, with no website and very little social media, we’re sure you’ll hear more about this new pizza offering coming to the Valley. You can also follow the brand on TikTok for the latest.
Pizza Luna is expected to open and start operating out of Los Toxicas Gentlemen’s Club at 2987 N Las Vegas Blvd this March.
