Poke House is coming to Las Vegas! The California-based brand is set to open at 7175 West Lake Mead Blvd – Suite 168, according to a recently filed City of Las Vegas permit.

The Poke House location anticipated to open on Lake Mead in Las Vegas is also listed as “coming soon” on the brand’s website.

At the helm of the Las Vegas opening and eastward expansion is Gene Zhou, the franchisee for the new Poke House and the Operations Advisor for the brand.

“Poke House has always wanted a presence in Las Vegas as they are the Entertainment Capital of the World, but also some of the best Food in the world,” Zhou said in an email to What Now Las Vegas.

“We are expanding eastward and want to make sure we have a presence in Las Vegas!”

Poke House started as a single San Jose location in 2016. There are now more than 70 Poke House locations across the country. The brand is actively expanding in California, with locations in Georgia and upcoming developments in Arizona, Florida, Oregon, and Nevada.

“My good friend James Deng is the CEO of Poke House, and I work with him on Corporate and Franchise Operations,” Zhou said.

“I wanted to spearhead Eastward expansion and thought it would be a great idea to Franchise in Las Vegas to start the first major step towards the East Coast, although we do have a location in the ATL.”

The new location coming to Vegas is expected to open in a center with a lot of great options to enjoy after you get your good Hawaiian eats.

“We wanted to be close to both the Sprouts and the Whole Foods as well as in the center of the Fast Food hub near Rosewood and South Shores,” Zhou said.

“We want to make sure people who care about their health & know / love quality, can have easy access to our food. We have confidence in our restaurant and know that we can compete with the best franchises out there.”

Poke House is a Hawaiian-inspired California Poke Grab & go Restaraunt! The brand serves fresh, never-frozen poke with quality & sustainability at heart, made fresh every day.

“Our Chefs handcraft our signature bowls to be exactly what you are craving. Everything is customizable to your tastes! We have a wide selection of toppings and add-ons to make your bowl fit exactly to your desire,” Zhou said.

“We hope to bring a fresh, quality, healthy, fast-food alternative to the classic beef, chicken, pork menu by offering fresh sustainable salmon & seafood in a customizable bowl ready to go whenever and wherever you want!”

The Las Vegas debut is only the beginning of the eastward expansion Poke House is embarking on. Zhou informed What Now Las Vegas that several other Nevada locations are in the works.

“Please visit our website at Poke.House, we are hiring!”
