Pollo Mobile is set to bring its beloved pollo asado to the Central West Las Vegas region. According to a City of Las Vegas permit, Pollo Mobile is slated to open a new eatery at 830 N Rancho Dr.
Pollo Mobile is run by Vazquez Mexican Restaurant LLC, with Meyer Vazquez
at the helm. What Now Las Vegas reached out to Vazquez for more details about the upcoming opening. Vazquez confirmed the opening, but was unable to share further information on the new N. Rancho Dr. Pollo Mobile by the time of this publication.
“If you’re looking for the Best Chicken Restaurant in Las Vegas, Pollo Mobile is always nearby,” the Pollo Mobile website reads.
The booming brand already has five Pollo Mobile locations operating throughout the Valley, with one on Lake Mead and another on the other end at North Decatur.
Known for its juicy and authentic charbroiled pollo asado, Pollo Asado offers a wide variety of good Mexican eats, including tacos, quesabirrias, chicken plates & more.
“In the 1980’s, José Martínez Domínguez gave his personal flavor to the preparation of his now famous charbroiled chicken, which, over the years, was fundamental for the creation of one of the best Mexican fast food restaurant chains with the most acceptance across the border,” the Pollo Mobile website reads.
“With more than 30 years of sharing his secret recipe, originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Fernando Montañez, son-in-law of José Martínez, had the vision to establish his Mexican restaurant in Las Vegas, Nevada, where the charbroiled chicken is the big star of its varied and delicious menu at Pollo Mobile.”
Pollo Mobile is anticipated to open its next storefront in Central West Las Vegas at 830 N Rancho Dr by this year.
