A 50-year-old Brazilian steakhouse brand, Fogo de Chão, debuted its second restaurant in Las Vegas on March 2. The multi-story eatery will be located at the Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort.
Open Churrasco Grills Take Center Stage at New Las Vegas Location
Fogo de Chão offers a premium design, making it a major culinary destination on the Las Vegas strip. Designed by Harrison, the eatery has an open churrasco grill. Guests can have a live view of Gaucho Chefs demonstrating the Culinary Art of Churrasco over an open flame.
The restaurant features a nutritious Market Table and a lively indoor Bar Fogo area for private dining spaces and all-day happy hour. “We’re thrilled to continue our growth in Las Vegas with our new location at Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian Resort nearly 15 years after we opened our first location on Flamingo Road,” said Barry McGowan, Chief Executive Officer of Fogo de Chão.
“It’s exciting to bring our immersive dining experience to the famed Las Vegas strip. We look forward to welcoming both new guests and loyal Fogo Fans to discover the Culinary Art of Churrasco in an iconic location,” McGowan added.
Bar Fogo Introduces All-Day Happy Hour Starting at $6

Fogo de Chão redefines dining with the Culinary Art of Churrasco, featuring its fire-roasted proteins and fresh seafood with bold flavors. Guests can enjoy the offerings by Bar Fogo, which has an all-day happy hour starting at $6 with handcrafted cocktails and high-end South American wines paired with shareable dishes.
The restaurant offers some menu highlights like Bone-In Ribeye, Lamb Chops, and Picanha, a house specialty. Fogo Las Vegas Grand Canal Shoppes has a range of menu selections, including premium and classic cuts under the Full Churrasco Experience. Guests can enjoy Black Truffle Butter, Roasted Bone Marrow, All Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, and Roasted Bone Marrow.
While the weekday lunch will start at $18, the weekend Brazilian Brunch will offer Brazilian-inspired brunch items like Braised Beef Rib Hash.
Las Vegas Expansion to Create Over 100 Local Jobs
The Las Vegas Grand Canal Shoppes team will be led by General Manager Joao Gomes. It will join the Las Vegas community and provide more than 100 local jobs to individuals. With its second Las Vegas opening, Fogo de Chão continues to strengthen its presence on the Strip, bringing its signature Culinary Art of Churrasco to the city.
