Since 2020, AntidoteLV has served the Las Vegas community as a reliable “Cure to Your Cravings.”
“As two young chefs we both got laid off from our strip jobs. We came together and planned to open up our brand called “AntidoteLV,” The Cure To Your Hawaiian Cravings,’ says the AntidoteLV website. “We started selling plates from home through our social media platforms and instantly it was a hit and gained an amazing following.”
Having built that following, Antidote is now preparing to launch its first brick-and-mortar restaurant at 6496 Medical Center Street. The new restaurant’s expanded menu is still under development, but you can expect to find many of Antidote’s most popular items, a representative told What Now on Tuesday.
The menu will feature the brand’s popular Salmon Bombs (Rice Stuffed Inari Tofu topped with Spicy Salmon garnished with sweet soy, furikake, crispy onions and fresh green onions) and its Rib-Eye Plate (12-14oz Juicy Rib Eye cooked to desired temperature with sweet ginger and garlic soy sauce, sautéed onions, crispy onions, green onions, Two scoops of steamed rice and side Mac salad). Poke by the pound will feature proteins like ahi tuna, salmon, octopus, and more.
In addition to the Hawaiian dishes that have made Antidote popular, the representative said, the new menu will also introduce a number of dishes from Filipino cuisine.
