Owner and Chef Daniel Dotto’s highly revered northern Italy-inspired restaurant will be doubling its ground with a second location in Henderson. The slight divergence in name suggests that Prosecco Osteria & Deli may emphasize its brunch and lunch menus.
Prosecco serves traditional Italian dishes that are delicate and masterful from flavor to presentation. The chef’s specialty menu offers seafoods, fresh salads, homemade pastas, wood fired oven pizza, and exquisite desserts, such as the tortino al cioccolato–a soft heart chocolate cake served with vanilla gelato.
Don’t wait for that trip to northern Italy to taste its exquisite fare. One special night at Prosecco will transport you there.
According to Prosecco’s Instagram, Prosecco Osteria & Deli is “coming soon to Anthem,” although an official debut date has not yet been announced. Be sure to check back in with us for updates on when Prosecco Osteria & Deli, at 2511 Anthem Village Drive, will open its doors and awe us with its grandeur.
In the meantime, we recommend enjoying a preview of what is to come at the original Prosecco at 8878 S Easter Avenue.
