On July 30, Eater Las Vegas broke the news that celebrity couple Giuliana and Bill Rancic will be opening an RPM Italian restaurant in the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace in 2022.

The project is being undertaken in partnership with Lettuce Entertain You, a restaurant group comprising more than 120 restaurants, mainly in the Chicago area. What Now Las Vegas reached out on Monday to COO Grant Waspi, who confirmed the project was underway.

The restaurant will be the third of the RPM Italian line, with other locations in Chicago and Washington D.C., along with Chicago-based variations on the RPM brand such as RPM Steak and RPM Seafood. It is also Lettuce Entertain You’s sixth restaurant in Las Vegas, alongside Mon Ami Gabi at Paris Las Vegas and Joe’s Seafood Prime Steak & Stone Crab, among others.

The couple, co-starring in Giuliana & Bill, both have histories in television: Giuliana as an E! News host and Live From the Red Carpet co-host, and Bill on The Apprentice. They opened their first RPM Italian location in Chicago in 2012.
