A new restaurant project called Rustic House will open soon on Charleston Blvd. A building permit was filed by Clark County in November for construction in suite 105 of the building at 8820 W Charleston Blvd.

Despite the similarity in name, the new project is not related to Rustic House Oyster Bar, a California-based restaurant with locations in Los Altos and San Carlos, according to the owners of those two locations.

The space at 8820 W Charleston is part of a large shopping center. It’s home to big-box stores like Whole Foods and Dick’s Sporting Goods, and it currently houses restaurants like Kona Grill, Patisserie Magnon, Via Brasil Steakhouse, and Al Solito Posto.

What Now Las Vegas was unable to reach a representative of Rustic House for comment. Its opening date is unknown at this time.

Editor’s note: This article was updated to clarify that the Las Vegas Rustic House project is not related to the California restaurant by a similar name
