Silverado Ranch Plaza, the retail center on the southwest corner of East Silverado Ranch Blvd and South Eastern Ave., appears to be the future home of a new Rustic House. The restaurant, which already has two locations in the valley, has submitted licensing documents for a third, opening at 9821 S Eastern Ave.

It’s more than two years now since What Now reported on news of Rustic House’s second location, which made moves to launch shortly after the brand’s debut.

“The brand has worked really well,” owner Adam Corrigan told What Now at the time. “It’s upscale, but comfortable. We’re non-smoking, and kids are allowed. We’re not so much a bar with poker machines as a restaurant with poker machines.”

What Now reached out to Corrigan on Tuesday to inquire about plans for a third opening. Corrigan was not immediately available for comment.

The Rustic House menu in Summerlin features starters like Chicken Wings, Philly Fries, and Chicken or Steak Quesadillas, followed by entrees like the 10oz. Salmon (Have it grilled or blackened! Includes asparagus with choice of fries or any side salad), Spicy Cajun Chicken Penne Pasta, and Chicken Marsala. There are also sandwiches, burgers, and wraps, alongside a small selection of dishes from Mexican cuisine.

Opening in Silverado Ranch Plaza, Rustic House would join a restaurant community that includes Freed’s Bakery, Krispy Kreme, and Nothing Bundt Cakes.
