Silverado Square, a small retail center on the northwest corner of East Silverado Ranch Boulevard and South Maryland Parkway, appears to be the future home of a new drive-thru Salad and Go outpost.
“Salad and Go is on a mission to make fresh, nutritious food convenient and affordable for ALL,” reads the Salad and Go website’s About Us page. “Fast food can be good food. With time as valuable as a balanced meal, we aim to take care of you on both.”
The parcel of land named in the submitted paperwork is at 1110 E Silverado Ranch Blvd. The plan review is for a ground-up build of a drive-thru location to be equipped for Salad and Go Mobile-Express, which means it would feature two lanes, allowing customers to place their order and pick it up via a streamlined process.
Salad and Go’s menu features salads like the Roasted Autumn Salad (Sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts, candied pecans, dried cranberries, grated Parmesan cheese, romaine) and Jalapeño Ranch (Corn, tomatoes, pickled red onions, bacon, pepper jack cheese, romaine, mixed greens). It also offers breakfast burritos, served in the mornings, in varieties like Traditional and Southwest.
What Now reached out on Friday to Salad and Go CEO Charlie Morrison to inquire about plans for a Silverado Ranch-Maryland location. Morrison was not available for comment.
