Summerlin Takeout, the restaurant incubator featuring “Many Restaurants; One Roof,” will soon be adding a new soul food concept to its restaurant roster. Savage Soulfuleatz, the new brand in question, is currently preparing for a launch at Summerlin Takeout’s address: 110 S Rainbow Boulevard.

“We don’t have an official opening yet,” owner Donte Savage told What Now on Friday. But Savage says the Savage Soulfuleatz’s launch is coming soon. What Now is awaiting more details on the concept as the opening gets closer.

A menu already viewable on the Summerlin Takeout website promises wings, Chicken Dirty Mac (Mac & cheese topped with chicken, served with Texas Toast), and a Shrimp Basket. There are also sides like Fries and Baked Mac & Cheese.

What’s special about Summerlin Takeout is that it allows you to mix and match items from the virtual food hall’s whole portfolio of concepts. That includes Doanburi, Amy’s Burgers, Oni Japanese Bistro, Afters Ice Cream, OMG Pizzeria, and—soon—Savage Soulfuleatz.
