This month, Schulman Development got plans approved by the Las Vegas Planning Commission for a large condo and hotel project. Called the Eterno Hotel, it’s opening on a six-acre plot of land near Grand Central Parkway and Charleston Boulevard.

Coverage by Yogonet breaks down the project, which is expected to break ground in January, will feature 312 hotel/condo units (ranging from studios to multi-bedroom units). The first two floors will be dedicated to health and fitness amenities, while the ground floor will feature “13,500 square feet of convention space, a 4,980-square-foot-restaurant, a green house, and a pool deck.”

Naturally, it’s the food and beverage angle that most interests us. What Now contacted a representative of Schulman Properties on Friday to see what details are available.

The representative said construction is expected to start next June. On the restaurant front, the hotel is in talks with “several notable chefs”; for now we’ll have to wait and see what further news the Eterno Hotel will have to offer on the culinary front.

Stay tuned for more details in the future.
