Growing Vegas-based noodle house concept Shang Artisan Noodle is continuing to build out its footprint in the valley. The brand announced earlier this year that it has plans to launch a new location in Centennial Hills.

“BIG NEWS!” declared an Instagram post by Shang Artisan Noodle. “We recently started construction on our Centennial Hills location and plan to open in early 2026!”

The brand’s specific location has yet to be announced, but a post on Reddit.com’s “r/vegaslocals” forum shows a picture of Shang Artisan Noodle signage saying “WE ARE COMING SOON,” near the route 215 exit at North Durango Drive.

“Shang Artisan Noodle aims to both honor and elevate the Chinese culinary tradition of handmade noodles,” says the brand’s website. “With an emphasis on high quality ingredients, classic techniques, and thoughtful presentations, we want to delight our guests with an affordable meal that satisfies all of their senses. (Just because we are a fast casual concept doesn’t mean we can’t offer an exceptional experience.) Our concept may be rooted in the past, but our execution embraces contemporary tastes.”
