Shang Artisan Noodle, the homegrown Las Vegas restaurant that never stops “Perfecting the art of handcrafted noodles,” appears to be at work on a new location in Downtown Las Vegas.
This week, What Now came across licensing paperwork submitted to the City of Las Vegas by Shang Downtown LLC, showing a new Shang Artisan Noodle opening at 211 Las Vegas Blvd S, Suite 100.
The restaurant’s menus have featured noodle soups like Shàng Beef Noodle (Beef Broth, Braised Beef Brisket, Veggies) and Peking Wonton Soup (Pork & Chicken Broth, House-made Wonton, Egg, Seaweed), along with Sauce Noodle dishes like Dan-Dan Noodles and Chicken Sesame Cold Noodles (Shredded Chicken Breast, Sesame Sauce, Veggies). It already has three locations operating the valley, and this would be its fourth.
What Now reached out on Friday to owner Sam Huang. Huang was not immediately available for comment.
Opening where Las Vegas Boulevard intersects with East Carson Avenue, Shang Artisan Noodle would join restaurants like Broken Yolk Cafe, Carson Kitchen, Baguette Cafe, and Pachi Pachi.
