Founded in 2014, Shoo Loong Kan Hotpot has grown consistently, bringing its Szechuan to flavors to a total of seven locations in the U.S., with at least 5 more planned on the West Coast. One of these will be the brand’s first Las Vegas location, opening at 4215 Spring Mountain Road, Suite B203.

At Shoo Loong Kan, you can choose your favorite broth from choices like House Special Chili Broth, Tomato broth, and Pork Rib Broth, adding a wide range of ingredients, ranging from shrimp dumplings, Meat Balls, and Thick Cut Short Rib to more adventurous choices like Beef Tripes, Spicy Duck Gizzards, and Pork Kidney Slices.

“Established in 2014, Shoo Loong Kan Hotpot originated from Sichuan,” says the restaurant’s website. “It started from merely a handful of hotpot tables and in just 5 years, we expanded rapidly through our business franchise model. In 2017, we successfully expanded overseas and managed to open 1,000 outlets worldwide by 2020.”

What Now reached out on Thursday to Roy Liao, CEO of Venturant Group, the franchisee that recently submitted licensing paperwork to Clark County for the Las Vegas location. Liao was not immediately available for comment.
