Side Piece Pizza has plans to expand in the Vegas area. Already found inside the Palms Casino resort, on West Flamingo Road, the restaurant is already looking elsewhere to put down roots with the casino temporarily closed and currently not taking reservations.
According to its website, a new location inside the Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa will be coming soon for Side Piece Pizza.
Eater Las Vegas reports that the new location will be opening in May.
Clique Hospitality’s New York-inspired Side Piece Pizza brings Chef Enzo Esposito’s Italian flare to life. Esposito learned how to start making pizza at a very young age and showcases his pizza craftsmanship with a menu featuring class cheese, pepperoni, vegetable, sausage, and meatball, as well as a traditional white pizza.
Side Piece Pizza Red Rock appears to have a slightly different menu from its elder sibling with more pasta, salad, and sandwich options available.
