Silverado Ranch Village, the retail center located on the southeast corner of Bermuda Road and East Silverado Ranch Blvd, is adding a new sushi concept to its food and beverage roster. Already home to restaurants like Stallone’s Italian Eatery and LucKi Thai Restaurant, along with fast concepts like Jack in the Box and Dunkin’, the plaza is also the future home of Kaito Sushi.
“We’re opening in two to three months,” owner Badin Lapirattanakul told What Now on Friday. “It’s a simple menu: bentos, sushi, sashimi.”
What Now reached out after finding licensing paperwork submitted to Clark County by Kaito Sushi LLC showing the restaurant opening at 467 E Silverado Ranch Blvd, Suite 140.
What Now is awaiting further details on Kaito Sushi, but for now this will have to hold us over.
