Silverlake Ramen is embarking on bringing its second noodle shop to the Valley. According to a Clark County Business License, the new Silverlake Ramen eatery is slated to open in the BLVD Complex at 3747 Las Vegas Blvd S Ste. 306.

The new development, retail and dining destination sits across from the Waldorf Astoria on the Las Vegas Strip and is also home to the new In-N-Out Burger that is anticipated to open on the Strip.

Silverlake Ramen is currently listed on the brand’s website as “coming soon” to BLVD Las Vegas.

Chef Thomas Aono and Jitaek Lim founded Silverlake Ramen on Sunset Boulevard in Los Angeles in 2012. What began as a small, authentic noodle shop in the Silver Lake neighborhood quickly grew from a 1,200-square-foot location into a nationwide chain, known for its rich, slow-boiled Tonkotsu broth. Today, there are more than 30 Silverlake Ramen locations across seven states.

What Now Las Vegas attempted to reach out to Aono and Lim to no avail. Silverlake Ramen Executive, Edward Chung, was the next try, but we did not hear back by the time of this publication.

“The Silverlake family unapologetically does our food our way. We embrace the neighborhoods that we call home and passionately share the inspirations, influences, and attitudes that helped shape our authentic take on a savory dining experience,” the Silverlake Ramen website reads.

“From the fabric of the streets to the kitchens in our homes, Silverlake Ramen is crafted to feed the soul. Our environment is designed to mix street-inspired visual twists with rave-worthy flavors sure to satisfy every family member. We encourage our guests to boldly slurp away.”

Menu items include a variety of appetizers like the Impossible Bun and Grilled Gyoza. Silverlake Ramen also serves a mix of bowls and, of course, ramen. Customers can try out a multitude of offerings from The Garlic Truffle Ramen to the beloved Shoyu Ramen.

Silverlake Ramen is anticipated to open on the Las Vegas Strip in the BLVD Complex at 3747 Las Vegas Blvd S, Ste. 306 by the end of the year or early next year.
