Smokin’ Good Bistro & DeliLas Vegas’s favorite “mobile bistro & catering,” featuring “Chef Smokin’ Good and his line of BBQ dishes, Mac&Cheese Bowls and Gourmet Boxed Deli Sandwiches”—appears to be making itself a permanent home. Smoking Good Bistro has submitted paperwork to the city of Las Vegas that shows a Smokin’ Good Bistro restaurant opening at 6658 Boulder Highway.

Smokin Good’s menu has featured sandwiches like The Jam Out Roast Beef Sandwich (house-made roast beef with caramelized onions, black garlic blueberry jam, cheese mix on pretzels buns, with arugula mix), the Smokin’ Italian Fischetti Sandwich (house-made smoked ham, smoked turkey, bacon, giardiniera [pickled Italian vegetables], romaine lettuce mix, tomato, cucumber, cheese mix on a pretzel bun), and the Turkey Gobbler Sandwich (smoked turkey, stuffing, smashed potatoes, cranberry aioli, cheese mix on a pretzel bun with side of turkey gravy).

What Now reached out to owner Paula Escudero this week to inquire about plans for the opening. Escudero was not immediately available for comment.

For the moment, Smokin’ Good cooks out of Vida Kitchens, at 1370 W Cheyenne Avenue.
