Having passed the milestone of 50 locations nationwide, Snooze, an A.M. Eatery’s growth shows no sign of stopping. Nation’s Restaurant News coverage from the end of last year revealed that chain is planning on opening another ten locations in 2023.
One of these may be planned for southwestern Las Vegas: permit paperwork was recently submitted to Clark County for a Snooze location at the intersection of West Sunset Road and South Durango Drive.
“We think of our business through the lens of the mantra, ‘A stack of pancakes can actually change the world,’” Andrew Jaffe, Snooze’s chief marketing officer told Nation’s Restaurant News. “We want to have that type of mindset that we can do good in our communities, on our Snoozers, our guests, and have a positive impact on the planet. It gives us a reason to wake up every day.”
Snooze offers a considerable menu split into Eggs, Omeletes & Breakfast Riffs, Plant Power dishes, Benedicts, and other categories like Pancakes & French Toast and Tacos & Burritos. Breakfast Riffs include Breakfast Pot Pie (Snooze’s homemade rosemary sausage gravy smothers a flaky puff pastry, topped with a cage-free, sunny side up egg, hash browns) and Shrimp & Grits. The plant-based “Plant Power” menu includes choices like Avocado Toast and the Sweet Potato Veggie Smash Up.
What Now reached out to Snooze CEO David Birzon on Friday regarding a Sunset-Durango location. Birzon was not immediately available for comment.
