According to real estate data, Soru Ramen is planning to open its second location at 5061 E Sahara Avenue. Soru Ramen will soon serve its spectacular ramen on opposite poles of Las Vegas with restaurants in Peccole Ranch and Sunrise.

Soru Ramen has all of your favorite Japanese dishes from Dragon Rolls and Dynamite Rolls to Curry Chicken Katsu and Tonkatsu Black Garlic Ramen–a savory medley of pork and garlic broth topped with pork chasu, Nitamago (boiled egg), Kikurage (black mushrooms), bamboo shoots, and green onions. Aside from its expansive sushi and ramen menu, Soru Ramen also offers udon noodles, sushi burritos, poke bowls, and a variety of ice slush and boba milk teas with extraordinary flavors like red bean, matcha, and coconut taro.

The original restaurant on Charleston Boulevard has a cozy, dark-wood interior that is contrasted with bright reds, anime figurines, and a colorful wall of classic Japanese animated series and movie posters. While there is little detail about the new restaurant, we anticipate a similar interior design and menu that celebrates both traditional Japanese and Japanese pop culture.

As we wait for an official opening date to be announced, we suggest stopping by the original Soru Ramen in Peccole Ranch for a taste of what’s to come.
