A new restaurant concept featuring nightly entertainment is opening in the downtown Las Vegas loft-style luxury condominium community, Juhl. Sin City Seafood is expected to open this May as one of Juhl’s corner anchor retail tenants on the ground floor Promenade.
“It’s celebrity-driven, but we really want to encompass the neighborhood,” said Cathy Burch, who is part of the management team and ownership of Sin City Seafood. “It has that flare of supper club.”
The multicultural space will not feature gaming, so guests will be more engaged. “People will get to know each other and get to network,” Burch told What Now Vegas. “The residents in the Juhl are very excited about it because they’ll pretty much have a home-base.”
Sin City Seafood will work with promoters to bring in celebrities and entertainment each night. “We’re going to have live entertainment. We have a comedy night. For every day, there is a different vibe. That’s why we say Sin City Seafood Flavor + Vibe.”
They are still working on the menu, but it will include Firecracker Shrimp for an appetizer choice, a variety of seafood sandwiches, and entrees such as grilled salmon and lobster tail.
Burch said the Sexy Shrimp Girls logo will be featured on cups and T-shirts and will soon become collector’s items.
Sin City Seafood will be located at 353 E. Bonneville Ave., Ste. 115, Las Vegas, NV 89101. Juhl’s lifestyle epitomizes modern urban living and is within walking distance of entertainment, restaurants, art galleries, nightlife, and shopping. “It’s just the perfect location.”
