Springs Cafe is the latest restaurant to hop on our radar. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal the new restaurant and catering business is expected to replace Divine Cafe at Springs Preserve.
Divine Cafe closed doors on May 29 after eight years in operation, serving the Springs Preserve 180-acres of garden trails and museums. Divine Cafe was a go-to place for lunch, brunch, and al fresco patio dining.
David Mozes of Bronze Cafe is behind the new Springs Preserve restaurant space known for its picturesque views overlooking the Las Vegas Strip. Bronze Cafe serves fit-friendly salads, sandwiches, Smoothies, and desserts.
The project is expected to be reviewed by the Las Vegas Valley Water District Board of Directors next week. More updates will be shared as information becomes available.
