Sunday Skool, a new sports bar and neighborhood pub, is planning to open near the intersection of South Main Street and West Utah Avenue. Paperwork submitted to the Las Vegas Planning Commission shows Sunday Skool opening at 1508 S Main Street.

“Our vision,” reads a justification letter submitted with the paperwork, “is to have a small neighborhood pub that serves scratch-made high-quality small bites.”

The location comprises a little over 2,000 square feet of interior space and will feature a wall of TVs and an L-shaped bar, along with one to five gaming machines.

“By creating a small community-based sports bar, we hope to fill the void of a small neighborhood sports bar where locals and tourists alike can come and bond over small bites and great food,” says the letter.

Opening at 1508 S Main Street, Sunday Skool will join a food, drink, and entertainment community that includes Able Baker Brewing, Taco Rico, and Wiseguys Comedy Las Vegas.
